AED Training Course

1 day duration – Maximum of 6 delegates per group
Sudden Cardiac Arrest can occur anywhere, and at anytime, to any person, regardless of age. The use of an Automated External Defibrillator complimenting resuscitation can increase the casualty’s chances of survivability considerably.

Persons who have Resuscitation training experience and where there is an AED available.

Following successful completion of an initial resuscitation assessment, each delegate will be shown how to use the Defibrillator. They will then demonstrate that they are competent in the use of the unit. Upon successful completion of the course and end assessment, delegates will be awarded a certificate of competency. This is valid for six months.
