AED Training Course

Overview

Sudden Cardiac Arrest can occur anywhere, and at anytime, to any person, regardless of age. The use of an Automated External Defibrillator complimenting resuscitation can increase the casualty’s chances of survivability considerably. This is a one-day course for the initial training. Refresher courses are available too and last approximately 4 hours.

Who Should Attend?

Ideally persons have Resuscitation training experience, although this is not essential, and also where there is an AED available.

Course Outcome

Each delegate will be shown how to use the Defibrillator and will then demonstrate that they are competent in the use of the unit. Upon successful completion of the course and end assessment, delegates will be awarded a certificate of competency. This is valid for one year.

Up to twelve delegates can attend the course. We can come to you, wherever you are located (UK and Ireland only) or you can come to us.
