Why does my organisation need first aid supplies? Health and Safety Executive Guidelines
Legislation on first aid supplies at work
In the event of injury or sudden illness, failure to provide first aid could result in that person's death or serious long term injury. The employer should therefore ensure that an employee who is injured or taken ill at work receives immediate attention. HSE will prosecute in cases where there is significant risk, a disregard for established standards or persistent poor compliance with the law. First aid supplies are not just a sensible requirement, they are essential.
Legal duties on first aid at work
The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to enable first aid to be given to employees if they are injured or become ill at work. These Regulations apply to all workplaces including those with five or fewer employees and to the self-employed.

Even if injuries are unlikely in your place of work, why risk the health of your staff and HSE prosecution?
Our first aid supplies can help you to comply with guidelines and reduce risk of serious employee injury. We recommend at a minimum any working environment has an HSE first aid kit, burns kit, and eye wash kit. We do not compromise on quality on any of our first aid supplies, but we are still able to offer you competitive prices. All our first aid products are also suitable for domestic use.
