HSE First Aid at Work

Overview

First Aid at Work: 3 days.

Maximum of 12 delegates per course.

All places of work must comply with Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 (Northern Ireland 1982). This course is necessary if, as a result of a risk assessment for your business, it is identified that first aiders are required.

Course Outcome

Delegates will gain life-saving skills and, upon successful completion of the course and independent assessment, will be awarded an HSE-approved, nationally-recognised First Aid at Work certificate, valid for three years.

Who should attend?

Designated individuals who would be able to respond to a sudden illness or an emergency situation whilst in the workplace.
