What are your shipping costs?
Free first class shipping anywhere in the UK for any orders over £100.
A flat rate of £7.50 posted first class for orders under £100 (Ex. VAT).
For orders outside the UK we will contact you upon purchase with further details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery may take upto 3-4 days for in stock items though will often be quicker
For out of stock items, you can still backorder your items and it typically takes 7-10 working days for delivery. You will receive information on re-stock and delivery time with your order confirmation.
For any orders outside the UK we will contact you with delivery times.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards processed by Paypal.
All our payment avenues are secured via SSL level security meeting PCI security standards.
What are your return policies?
Consumable goods are all non-returnable.
This includes goods under product categories:
- First Aid Supplies
- Infection Control
- Clinical Waste Disposal
- Signs and Wallcharts
We offer a 14 day return policy on evacuation chairs, defibrillators and medical equipment providing the goods are un-opened and re-sellable.
Goods must be returned during business hours carriage paid in perfect condition in their original packaging with the Delivery Note and Returns Note supplied by us enclosed.
What security measures do you take in payment processes?
At MediRite we take your personal security extremely seriously.
All of your personal and card details are 128 SSL encrypted and secured by Comodo.
Our payment processes are securely handled by PayPal. We do not have any direct access to your card details.
Do I need to set-up an account to buy products from you?
No you can place an order without an account.
However if you plan to use our service again, we recommend setting up an account, so your details can be securely saved (SSL data encryption), to save you time on future purchases.
