Without these 3 in 1 Cream Cloths there are three separate, essential stages, to this process for those with incontinence.
Cleansing wipes for incontinence are often harsh to skin and can sting already damaged skin. These wipes have a cleansing formulation included that is fully dermatologically tested and specifically designed for sensitive skin.
Moisturising is another essential step but with moisturising skin creams this means another step and a longer process overall which the person may find discomforting in the first place. Here the moisturiser is included in the wipe.
Lastly the wipes contain a barrier cream to protect the skin from contact that would cause further dermatitis and skin irritation and especially manage moisture-associated skin damage (MASD) such as intertriginous dermatitis (ITD) and periwound moisture-associated dermatitis.
