Deliveries

Looking for information on when your order is going to arrive?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email or text message from one of our courier partners with your consignment number and a delivery window (usually 2hrs) of when the delivery will be made.

Please contact the courier partner first if your order has run late as often this is the fastest way to get a resolution and rescheduled delivery.

As we supply the care market and understand often orders are required urgently, we ship all our goods on a fast-shipping service, and most will be delivered within 24/48hrs as standard.

Standard delivery to mainland UK

Free for orders £50 and above (Exc VAT) - £6.25 (ex VAT) delivery charge on orders below this.  

All orders for products that are in stock are shipped on a next day service as standard if ordered before 3.30pm, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Items that are on an extended lead time will clearly state this on the product page.

Delivery to non-mainland UK addresses

If you need your order delivering to an address in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland, there is a standard delivery charge of £19.99 for all orders.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland now due to the added complexity of shipping goods there post Brexit.

International deliveries

We're currently unable to deliver orders to addresses outside the UK.

 

White Glove assembly and delivery service

On certain products you can take advantage of our White Glove home assembly and delivery service. Our professional service will not only deliver your item to you, but also unpack it and assemble it in a room of your choice.

The White Glove home assembly and delivery service is available for UK mainland addresses only.

Made to measure and larger items

When you order a made-to-order product, you'll be given either an estimated delivery date or an idea of how long it may take to arrive. Any delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we will update you as soon as we can if there's a delay.

Sometimes our larger products may need additional details from you before they can be dispatched, such as access to the property. We'll be in touch with you for these additional details, should you order one of these items.

 

Changes and cancellations

When you place an order with us, we immediately start to get your items ready for dispatch, so we can’t cancel or change your order once you’ve placed it. Once it's delivered, you'll need to return it to us to be processed for a refund. See our returns policy for more information and complete the appropriate form.

Delayed orders

Occasionally we might be out of stock of a product. If your order contains a product that we're waiting for more stock on, we may dispatch the rest of your order first and then the missing item later, with no extra charge for postage. In the event of this happening, we'll be in touch with you to let you know.
